Description

Juliet Bashore's 1980's classic film noir, Kamikaze Hearts deals with the lurid subject of lesbians in the porn industry.
Originally shot as a documentary, the film ends up more as a vivid look into the personal lives of Sharon (Mitch) Mitchell, queen of her day in the adult film business and her girlfriend, Tigr, as they negotiate the ups and downs of life and relationship while working in one of the most personally demeaning industries.
The camera does not shy away from the gritty facts of their live. Sex, drugs and personal conflict are all shown in their most intense and personal ways.
